Best Way to Create your Grocery List

Each week I go to Hot Coupon World to create my grocery list. Register there as a new member then click Forums and scroll down to Grocery Stores (under Swingin' Deals). They have most grocery stores listed. Find your store and look for the article that pertains to the week you are shopping. Most stores (not all) have a list of everything that is on sale for the week along with a matchup of coupons for that item. It will tell you where you can find a coupon. It also has direct links if the coupon is online.
