Walgreens Batteries Deal 8/30-9/5

Walgreens has a good deal on batteries this week.
Walgreens Ultra Alkaline Batteries 16 ct. BOGO at $9.99 (total 32 batteries).

You can get 32 AA or AAA batteries for $.31/each.

Sam's Club has Energizer Max Alkaline Batteries for:

$11.63 for 32 AA batteries (.36/each)

$17.48 for 48 AA batteries (.36/each)

$11.85 for 28 AAA batteries (.42/each)

To be honest with you, I don't see much of a difference in the life of the Energizer Max Alkaline Battery versus the Walgreens Ultra Alkaline Battery. There is a review of them at epinions.com.

I always try to pick some batteries up at Walgreens when they are BOGO. We use a lot of batteries and that is the best deal I've found so far on batteries.
