Free Haircut, Manicure or Pedicure in Tampa

I had a pedicure done today for FREE (I left an item and a cash tip).  It was beautifully done!  They use O.P.I. polish.  There weren't a million colors to choose from, but I found what I wanted right away.  It may take a little longer than a regular salon since they are still in training, but it was well worth it!  If you don't live in Tampa, you could probably find a college in your area that does something similar.
