I was asked by BzzAgent to try the new Scrubbing Bubbles One Step Toilet Bowl Cleaner. I gladly accepted because I would love to find an easier way to clean the toilets. Before you install it, you do need to clean the toilet the old fashioned way. I used bleach and a toilet brush. Once it was all clean, I hooked up the action sprayer to the side of the toilet. There is a little hose that attaches from the sprayer to a base that sits on the floor beside the toilet. It was very easy to install. The base contains a can of cleaner and a pedal. You need to step on the pedal for one second twice a day. It sprays the cleaner into the entire toilet bowl (even under the rim). It will keep the toilet clean for up to 30 days with each can of cleaner.
The Scrubbing Bubbles One Step Toilet Bowl Cleaner has kept my toilet very clean, and the cleaner has a nice scent. The average cost for the starter unit is $9.99 and the refills are about $3.99. If cleaning toilets is something you dread, this may be your solution. It will cost you more than most toilet cleaners, but it definitely works and is very convenient. I also have seen some coupons for this product.

Episencial Sunny Sunscreen Review & Giveaway
review
The company EcoMom was founded to address the connection between the health of our environment and the health of our children. Eco-friendly Baby Products - EcoMom is committed to making eco-conscious living easy, affordable and rewarding with education, support, tools and products.
One of the products they offer is Episencial Sunny Sunscreen SPF35. They sent me a complimentary bottle and asked me to test it out and do a review. I was not compensated for reviewing this product and the options are my own.
When I first received it, I looked at the box and thought it looked very familiar. Eric Carle (who wrote The Very Hungry Caterpillar) has illustrations on the box. Our family loves The Very Hungry Caterpillar! I also noticed that is was made with sustainable solar power, made with certified organic ingredients and the bottle was made with recycled products. It is also proudly made in the USA.
It doesn't smell like your average sunscreen. It smells more like a body lotion. It was also thicker than most sunscreens which made it a little more difficult to spread on. The advantage to that was I didn't miss a spot when putting the sunscreen on the kids since it didn't blend in right away. My six-year-old usually complains about the sunscreen stinging when I put it on his face. He didn't complain once with this sunscreen. It also didn't feel greasy on your skin.
The thing I liked best about the sunscreen was that it is made without harsh chemicals and had natural ingredients like organic shea butter, beeswax, green tea and sesame, safflower and avocado oils. We tested this sunscreen at the beach. We were out in the sun and water for quite awhile before reapplying the product, and none of us even got a little sunburned. It retails on the website for $14.99 for 4oz.

COVERGIRL's New Smoky ShadowBlast and ShineBlast Lip Gloss Review
I was able to try out COVERGIRL's new Smoky ShadowBlast and ShineBlast Lip Gloss courtesy of BzzAgent. The Smoky ShadowBlast is a 2-step eye shadow stick with specially designed applicator tips to easily deliver a colorful smoky eye. It looks almost like a lip stick, but with a color on each end. The one they sent me had Citrus Flair on one end and Bronze Fire on the other end. Citrus Flair was definitely not the color for me, and I'm not sure how many people could pull that bright green color off. Despite the color, I don't think the shadow stick was easy to glide across my eyelids. I liked the Bronze Fire color and used it for lining the upper and lower lids and crease. The problem was the stick snapped off already. I just pushed the color back in and keep it turned down low.
I tried to create a smoky eye with the green and bronze colors but couldn't make it happen. I had trouble blending the green color in and then putting the bronze color on top of the green looked strange. In my opinion, the two colors did not work well together.
I also tested out COVERGIRL's ShineBlast Lip Gloss. I liked the color, but it had a strange chemical smell. I have not used it much because of the odor. It was also very sticky and felt heavy on my lips.
I would try COVERGIRL's Smoky ShadowBlast in a different color to see if I could produce a smoky eye. I don't think I would try the ShineBlast again.

Review- Children’s Claritin® Grape Chewables
BzzAgent sent me some Children’s Claritin® and asked me to review it since my 3 and 4 year olds have allergies. They both have been waking up with "crusty" eyes and nasal congestion. I gave them some Children's Claritin right before bed and they both woke up with no allergy symptoms!
Children’s Claritin® is the only over-the-counter children’s brand that provides powerful all-day relief for a child’s worst indoor and outdoor allergy symptoms. It is the #1 pediatrician recommended non-drowsy allergy brand. My pediatrician always recommends Children’s Claritin®, but I had always given them the syrup.
I gave my kids the Children’s Claritin® Grape Chewables this time. It is safe and effective for kids 2 and up when taken as directed. My kids loved the taste of them!
I thought the chewables were very convenient, because there is no measuring involved. It also was a lot easier for the kids to take.
The package was extremely hard to open. I didn't mind since kids sometimes manage to get into things they shouldn't even though I always keep medicine high up.
Claritin® products also come in two other forms that are great for kids, so parents can choose what works best for each child: a syrup for kids as young as 2, or fast-dissolving, hassle-free RediTabs® Tablets (available in 12- or 24-hour) for children ages 6 and up.
I will definitely buy the Children’s Claritin® Chewables the next time my kids have allergy symptoms. I was very happy with the results.

Product Review- Olay ProX Wrinkle Smoothing Cream
I received a FREE jar of Olay Pro-X wrinkle smoothing cream from Vocalpoint and was asked to review it. I have been using it for a few months now. It claims to smooth uneven texture with moisture, combating the look of fine lines and wrinkles. The main wrinkles on my face are around my eyes and deep lines on my forehead. You can't put this cream on your eyes, and it did nothing for the deep lines on my forehead. This cream definitely improved the texture of my skin though. It made the skin on my face much smoother and softer. A little goes a long way too. As I said, I've been using this at night for a few months and still have a lot left. If you are not worried about deep lines and want to improve the texture of your skin, I think you will be happy with Olay Pro-X wrinkle smoothing cream.

Product Review- General Mills Cereal
General Mills through MyBlogSpark recently sent me FREE cereal coupons, product information and a coupon for my readers to try out their cereal which now has reduced sugar plus calcium, vitamin D and whole grain.
My family especially loves Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
I love it because of the single digit grams of sugar per serving plus the key nutrients and whole grain!
Did you know that ready-to-eat cereal eaters consume less fat, less cholesterol and more fiber than non-cereal eaters? Cereals also deliver important vitamins, minerals and other essential nutrients, making cereal a top source of key nutrients in children´s diets.
Other cereal benefits:
• Ready-to-eat cereals, including presweetened cereals, account for only 5% of sugar in children´s diets.
• Ready-to-eat cereal is the No. 1 source of whole grains in a child´s diet today.
• More frequent cereal eaters tend to have healthier body weights and lower Body Mass Index measures.
Studies also demonstrate the benefits of eating breakfast. A 1998 study showed that children who eat breakfast tend to perform better at school. Compared to children who skip breakfast, children who eat breakfast score higher on tests, are less likely to miss class or be tardy, have fewer reported discipline problems, and make fewer trips to the office.

Right now if you visit here you will find a $1 off coupon for one of four General Mills cereals.

Brandon, FL Area Store Review- Julie's Walk-In Closet
Julie’s Walk-In Closet is my new favorite consignment store in the area! She has misses, maternity, petites and plus sizes. She only accepts quality merchandise. I have bought numerous items there in the past few months. It feels more like a little boutique rather than a consignment shop. Julie’s is located at 759 W. Brandon Blvd. (between CVS at Kings and the old Roadhouse Grill). She’s in the same building as the military recruiters (with the blue roof). She will only take consignments by appointment. Here is a 10% off coupon you can use on non-sale items.

Brandon, FL Area Store Review- SIPS
I came across a hidden gem the other day while running errands. SIPS is a small coffee shop at 11803C E. Dr. M.L.K. Blvd in Seffner (corner of Highview Ave. and Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.). There is also a sign on the building that says MMSI Espresso Service and Barista Training because they sell espresso machines and have a barista training school. I passed by the building a million times but never knew they had such a wonderful coffee bar inside. They sell a wide variety of hot and cold drinks with very reasonable prices. You can get a large cappuccino or latte for only $3.00. You can even bring some friends and sit around the coffee bar for some good coffee and conversation. They also sell coffee, teas and accessories. I really enjoyed my latte and look forward to returning.
